At Color Palette Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
